My philosophy is that I believe that incorporating a fitness regime into your lifestyle should be positive and enjoyable, and something that you look forward to, and not dread. The results attained such as losing weight, toning up, getting stronger and fitter, being in shape, etc. are achieved by a consistent fitness programme, which is the only way to guarantee a positive outcome of your individual goals.

I strongly believe through my knowledge based on science, and experience, both personally, and as a personal trainer, that a key to keeping fit, feeling younger and living longer is through maintaining physical exercise during your lifetime in as many forms as possible.

I have a degree in Sport Science and regularly partake in courses to further improve my knowledge and experience in this field.
I love my job, I am passionate about what I do, and I love to see how my clients progress with every session.
