Where on the Common do you train and do you train in all weather?

The classes are held at the Clapham Common Fitness Area 3 which is also known as the North Outdoor Gym on Clapham Common.  

I run all my fitness classes regardless of the weather conditions. If It is raining we can do the classes at the Bandstand in the middle of the Common.

How many sessions are included in advance payments?

This will depend on whether you take one or two classes a week. Typically advance payments will cover 5/6 classes if you take one class a week and 10/12 classes if you take two classes a week.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IN EACH SESSION AND Which days/times do you run your bootcamps & fitness classes?

Each class can take a maximum of 12 participants.

Currently I have availability on Mondays at 8:45 and 19:15. On Thursdays at 8:45.

What kind of Exercises are included in your classes and how long are the classes?

Usually in all fitness sessions I focus on mobility, injury prevention, core strength, full body strength workout and HIIT at the end of the sessions. Cardio boxing is incorporated as a part of the HIIT element. 

Each class lasts approximately 1 hour.

Does it matter if I have not exercised in the past?

Not at all. All levels of fitness are welcome and you will join a class which is suitable for your current fitness abilities.

Are these classes only for mums?

They are mainly designed for mums, but open to anyone looking for this type of training.
