Where on the Common do you train and do you train in all weather?

The sessions take place at Clapham Common Fitness Area 3, also referred to as the North Outdoor Gym on Clapham Common. Regardless of weather conditions, my personal training sessions proceed as scheduled. In the event of rain, sessions will be held at the Bandstand located in the heart of the Common

Does it matter if I have not exercised for a while or I have an existing injury?

Absolutely, individuals of all fitness levels are welcome. My specialty lies in injury prevention, allowing me to customize your training regimen to accommodate existing injuries and proactively prevent any new ones from arising.

Which days are you available for 1 on 1, or 2 on 1 Personal Training in Clapham?

Currently I have availability Mondays to Fridays with morning, afternoon and evening slots available.

What kind of Exercises are included in your personal training sessions and how long is each session for?

Usually in all my personal training sessions I focus on mobility, injury prevention, core strength, full body strength workout and HIIT at the end of the sessions. Cardio boxing is incorporated as a part of the HIIT element. 

Each session lasts approximately 1 hour.

Does it matter if I have not exercised in the past?

Not at all. All levels of fitness are welcome and you will join a class which is suitable for your current fitness abilities.
